Jim Treglio is an associate with the Firm. Mr. Treglio handles cases involving consumer and employee class actions. He has been admitted to practice in the State of California since 2003, and is also admitted to the United States District Court, for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
Before joining Clark & Markham, Mr. Treglio was the staff attorney for the Fair Housing Council of San Diego. While there he was involved with a number of cases of national importance, including Fair Housing Council of San Fernando Valley v. Roommates.com, and Garrett v. City of Escondido.
Mr. Treglio received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and his J.D. from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
