Mark Hinkley was admitted to practice law in California in 1988. From 1992 through 1999, Mr. Hinkley was an associate attorney with the firm Finkelstein and Finkelstein, with a practice emphasis in birth injury cases and business torts. From 2000 through 2006, Mr. Hinkley was of counsel to Morris and Associates, practicing in the area of employment harassment and discrimination, as well as class action consumer protection litigation. In 2007, Mr. Hinkley joined Clark and Markham, and now assists the firm in class action litigation, including consumer protection and hour and wage litigation.
